especially careful in any communications involving
children and their families. We do not knowingly
collect any information whatsoever from children 13

We treat any child over the age of 13, as disclosed

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Question: Why does your
privacy policy state that you have the right to
share my email address?
As stated above, we adhere to the 'policy of
permission sharing only'. These terms exist in order
to cover liability, provide a foundation of fairness
and to protect our partners with whom we do cross
promotions so that they may contact you as well.
Without this, we would be in violation of opt-in
laws which are becoming increasing more strict.
Therefore, your email address, IP address and the
date and time of your optin must be shared with our
promotional partners so that the permission you
extend for the opt-in also extends to them in the
event they need to prove it in accordance with
current and future opt-in laws.
In short, we only share the list with
our promotion partners because we're doing business
together in support of each other.
Question: What are the
consequences of opting-out of the privacy policy?
As stated above, you can go to your
Settings>Profile and simply uncheck the box. If
you are a paying subscriber, you will continue to
receive access to the software, however you will
also be opting-out from the training videos and
webinar invitations that we send to our members. In
other words, you will only receive communications
about the software itself and any updates. All bonus
trainings, offers, or special promotions by us our
our partners may not be sent to you. If you are not
a paying subscriber and you opt-out you may lose
access to the software and any data associated with
it.
